HEALH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Kench Survey Limited has a strong commitment to safety. The company operates within a clearly defined Health, Safety and environmental Policy, a copy of which is included within the tender submission Safety within the company is treated as a line responsibility and is actively endorsed and supported by management. As a matter of company policy, all personnel are required to have attended relevant safety courses. Project quality control is handled through project specific procedure Manuals that will be made available to client following award of contract. The summary of our Health, Safety and Environmental Policy is as follows:

• To prevent unsafe acts personal injury and property damage of description.

• To monitor the effectiveness of the safety policy.

• To promote good Health in all employees.

• To identify all Health hazards at all places of work.

• To promote awareness of and to protect and conserve the Environment.

QA/QC POLICY

It is the responsibility of the Quality control/Assurance consultant and our offshore Party Chief to ensure that quality assurance is adopted as the “only way to work” by the entire project team. All personnel assigned to projects will ensure that their work is executed to the highest professional standards and in accordance with both the applicable specifications as written by the QA/QC consultant and in accordance with the client’s project specification and procedures ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY Kench Survey limited operates an alcohol, drug and substance abuse policy, which apply to all employees, contractor consultants and visitors to our worksites and operational bases. The company is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment free from misuse of alcohol and other health impairing substance. The provisions of the policy are summarized as the follows: The company has an obligation to ensure that all equipment are properly setup and operated, and that no field staff shall attend to online duties or operate on board equipment whilst alcohol and drugs impair his performance. The company will not tolerate the misuse of alcohol, drugs or any other substances which might have adverse psychological or physical effects and which can not only impair employee health and performance, but may also create un safe working conditions.
